Hi, I am Jessica Isherwood.

So you want to know a bit about me? I'm 28 and I live in a little village between Preston and Blackpool. Well I take photos (you knew that already), I have a small obsession with all things coffee, I love baking and I'm a sucker for a bad Dad joke! I play netball, I'm the Brown Owl at my local Brownie unit and I like travelling, always got a holiday booked to somewhere. You'll often find me driving round in my convertible listening to the Spice Girls with my roof down, most likely in the rain! Or sat in a coffee shop somewhere watching the world go by!

How did I get into photography? I got my first camera when I was about 12, saved up my pocket money, went into Jessops and got this amazing "big camera" that I'd always wanted! I've been taking pictures ever since, I studied photography at college and developed (get it???) my skills. I finished off my education completing a Higher National Diploma in Photography.

What else do I do? Well at the moment Photography takes up just over half of my working week and the rest of the time I work at a local holiday village booking people into holidays!!

Interested in my photography style? If you've already had a look through my pictures you'll hopefully have noticed my style is very natural, very relaxed and I love to document events just as I see them. I wouldn't say I had a particularly speciality in an area of photography, although I mainly shoot weddings and families. I'm happy to take on any challenge really.

“Jess photographed our wedding last year. We are so happy we picked her. She is so laid back and calm. She just slots right into your day. My favourite thing is that she captured lots of natural shots, which is exactly what we were after. She managed to create some fabulous pictures and memories. She is really creative and can see an opportunity for a photo. She is also so friendly and approachable, the exact kind of person you want around all day with you. We had a problem with our flowers arriving late and”
